We offer great amenities and resources for all of our members.

We offer fast and free WIFI, a telephone booth, a team table, quiet room, projector, lounges and collaboration areas. As well as clean bathrooms, a well stocked mini fridge with water, cold beverages and a Keurig coffee machine.

We offer a quiet room for 1-on-1 meetings such as private conversations, job interviews and Zoom calls. Or just a nice quiet enclosed space to "Fokus".

Included with your membership to one of our coworking  packages, is full access to our sink and mini fridge which contains water and a variety of other drinks (2 drinks per day)

24/5 Access

We offer 24/5 access to the workspace so you can work late if you need to, or host after hour meetings and events.

We offer a great meeting space for you to host your meetings, whether it is with clients, a school group, fundraising team or charity or even your annual general meeting. Book our open team table for only $75/day.


Host your next event at Fokus

On weekends you can host an event and take advantage of our full workspace as well as great amenities like a projector and PA system with microphone. We love events and that is why we provide a full unit rental on weekends that you can decorate and tailor to your event needs.


We want you to be able to work the way you want which is why we offer a variety of plans to choose from.  Whether you want a daily place to get away and focus, or need a room to run your meetings and events, we want to help you find the space that's right for you!

Are you in need of a space to work every now and again? Maybe you are visiting from out of town? Our pay as you go plan is perfect if you are looking for a temporary space to work or want to try out coworking for the first time. Just pay $25 for the day and the desk is all yours.

Need some privacy? Our Private office memberships give you access to the security and privacy of your own office while still being a part of our Fokus coworking community.

Have a big meeting or an important event coming up and need a large space? With our full unit weekend rentals you can have access to the entire coworking area.    


We’ve taken some extra steps here at Fokus to ensure that you can get your work done in a safe and clean environment. Any members seeking additional information, or our full safety plan can reach out to us at It is also posted in the workspace on the magnet board.


Masks are to be worn at all times that members cannot maintain a distance of 2m from other members or when they are using any common areas/moving in the space. Masks are provided for those who forgot their own.


Every day one of our team will be in to do a clean and disinfecting of all surfaces, common areas and high touch points. Wipes are provided for members to use, and we encourage everyone to clean their area at the start and end of their time in Fokus.


Hand washing is one of the most effective ways to stop the spread of COVID-19. We have anti-bacterial soap at all our sinks and ask members to remember to wash with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds. Additionally, hand sanitizer is placed throughout the workspace.


The common areas are spaced out so that it is easy for members to maintain 2m social distance. We ask members use their discretion and apply social distancing in the lounge and common areas.


Members and guests are required to self-screen at the entrance before accessing the building.


Once a week the space is deep cleaned by a team of professional cleaning staff.


Where to park when working at Fokus?

There is plenty of parking downtown close to Fokus. We have highlighted recommended parking areas in orange below to make it easier to find parking.

This is paid parking with meters available that accept credit cards and change. Alternatively use the HotSpot Parking app to avoid parking fines.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions to help prepare you before your visit with Fokus.

  • Where can I park my vehicle when visiting Fokus?
    There are plenty of parking areas close to Fokus. We recommend the Riggs parking lot if you cannot get a space out front on Front Street or on Campbell Street. Please bring change for parking meters or use the HotSpot Parking app to avoid parking fines.
  • How far in advance do I have to book the meeting room?
    If the desk or resource is showing as available you can book it through the site. If you want to inquire about booking for an event or the future please contact us.
  • I want to hold an event.  Is there a maximum number of people allowed?
    Due to COVID restrictions the maximum occupancy is currently 18 people.
  • Is the building wheelchair accessible?
    Yes the entrance is ground level and is wheelchair accessible.
