We offer great perks and resources for all of our members.

We provide fast and free WIFI throughout the space, whether private office, boardroom, quiet room, or hot desk. Enjoy a cold beverage from our mini-fridge, or a coffee from our Keurig coffee machine.

Fast & Free Wifi

Fast and free WIFI is included in all of our plans so you can get your work done without slow internet bogging you down.

Quiet Room

We have a quiet room for 1-on-1 meetings such as private conversations, job interviews and Zoom calls. Or just a nice quiet enclosed space to "Fokus".

Mini Fridge

Included with your membership to one of our coworking packages is access to our sink and mini fridge, which contains water and a variety of other drinks (2 drinks per day).

24/5 (M-F) Access

Access to the workspace is 24/5 (M-F) so you can work late if you need to, or host after-hours meetings and events. Access is granted through the KISI app upon confirmation of reservation.

Looking for a private office to run your small business or work away from home?

We now have private offices available for rent on a monthly basis.* We provide a desk, chair and small filing cabinet; you provide your personal décor to make it your own. Starting at $450 per month.

Meetings

Need a space to host an important meeting?

We offer a great meeting space for you to host your meetings, whether it is with clients, a school group, fundraising team or charity or even your annual general meeting. Book our boardroom, which seats up to six people, starting at $40 per hour.

On weekends you can host an event and take advantage of our full workspace and amenities. We love events and that is why we provide a full unit rental that you can decorate and tailor to your needs.

Private Offices

Starting at $450/month

Enjoy the privacy and security of your own office with a locking door. Includes a basic desk, chair, small filing cabinet, and printer access.

Hot Desk
Day Pass

$25/day

Are you in need of a space to work every now and again? Maybe you are visiting from out of town? Our Hot Desks are perfect if you are looking for a temporary space to work or want to try out coworking for the first time.

$100/5 days

Purchase our 5-day package and have access to any available Hot Desk at Fokus. That's 20% less than the cost of five day passes!

Monthly Package

$250/month

Fokus wants you to have a space to call your own. So grab your laptop, pick a desk and start working. It's that easy and you even have access to our lockers (first come first serve).

Quiet Room

Starting at $25/hour

Need some space to yourself? Our Quiet Room is small and enclosed, giving you privacy while still being a part of our Fokus coworking community.
Seats up to two people.

Projector and screen also available upon request.

The perfect spot for a workshop, reception, or even a photo shoot! We’ll be happy to discuss rates and availability. Just send us an email with your idea!

FOKUS PARKING

Where to park when working at Fokus?

There is plenty of parking downtown close to Fokus. We have highlighted recommended parking areas in orange below to make it easier to find parking.

This is paid parking with meters available that accept credit cards and change. Alternatively use the HotSpot Parking app to avoid parking fines.
